Erin is a treasure. When showing me homes, she quickly figured out what I was looking for, and within a week, I was seeing homes that I would have been super happy to live in. She helped me navigate the requirements for my VA loan as well, pointing out items that might be an issue with certain homes. When it came down to finding our perfect home, she was always ready and able to help me work with my lender and was critical with the price negotiation to make sure I got the best deal for the best house. We were really lucky to find Erin! We met her at a showing she was having, and a couple of hours later, she was already working on our first offer.
